Use the right link for the pilot moment

Use this for low-risk pilot walkthroughs, internal QA, and quick mobile checks where the workspace is already safe to expose as a read-only demo.

Private token link

Use this for a named tester, coach, or stakeholder when the workspace should only open through a time-limited share URL.

Exposes progress, current blocker, next rep, latest proof/review, touchpoints, and the latest coach report for the selected workspace.
Does not expose edit controls, message sending, exports, operator tools, link management, raw workspace data, or server internals.
During a pilot, send open app links for broad demo context and private token links for real learner progress or feedback review.
