Demo sprint

See how a shop skill turns into a five-day coaching sprint.

This example shows how SkillCoach would train one learner on DVI proof quality: daily reps, submitted proof, manager review, and a clear readiness decision.

The sprint flow

Each day has one practical rep. The manager reviews proof instead of trying to remember what was taught.

Day 1

Read the standard

Compare a weak DVI to a strong one. Identify missing photos, vague wording, and unclear severity.

Day 2

Photo proof rep

Capture three inspection photos with lighting, framing, and context good enough for a customer.

Day 3

Customer wording rep

Rewrite technical notes into clear advisor-ready recommendations.

Day 4

Estimate match check

Make sure each recommendation has matching estimate context and no surprise handoff gaps.

Day 5

Manager signoff

Submit a complete DVI. Manager decides: ready, needs one more supervised rep, or needs retraining on a specific step.

Learner view

Clear daily work

The learner sees one task, one proof requirement, and what good looks like before starting.

Manager view

Evidence instead of vibes

The manager reviews submitted proof, leaves a note, and records the readiness decision for next time.

Try it

Run this with one staff member first.

Pick DVI quality, estimate explanations, fibreglass repair, bodywork, or paint prep. One learner. One week. One visible result.
